Open Family Australia Providing outreach support and services to young people at-risk

Open Family Australia works in Victoria, ACT and NSW, providing Outreach support to young people at risk in these communities.  

We engage with young people through our Outreach model and other programs through our six pillars of business. 

These are: 

1. Community Ownership Model - providing Outreach support directly into communities
2. Education Alliance - keeping young people in school and university
3. Business Alliance - creating a business community that gives back and helps young people
4. Life Skills - teaching skills to create positive lives
5. Wellbeing Alliance - Creating healthier lives for young people
6. Prevention - Preventing young people from falling through the cracks

Our Outreach workers often work out-of-hours, going directly to where the young people are and offering them intensive support.  Often a young person may need this support over many months and in some cases years.
